John
Eussen is a long-standing and highly respected
figurehead in the design and interiors industry,
specialising in innovative design concepts, new
interior decorating practices and sustainable
lifestyle trends.
With more than 25 years’ experience across
several areas of the home and lifestyle
industries, John started his career in various
high-profile management roles, including
managing director positions at two
multi-national textile companies.
After almost two decades in corporate
management, John went on to pursue more targeted
personal interests within the industry—most
notably, more considered lifestyle trends and
his passion for a sustainable future.
Carving out his own path in the interiors and
design industry has led John into several
inspired roles, such as global environmental
work with Al Gore, consultancy for various
sustainable living and modern lifestyle
conferences, and various expert appearances in
high-profile media outlets such as The Sydney
Morning Herald, The Age and Sky News Australia.
John is also a regular columnist for industry

and design specialist.
